Product Description

Reasonable structure design makes cleaning machinery much easier and thorough. The surface has been polished, outside structure parts and tightening parts as well as rotating drum are all made of stainless steel. You can open the lid to clean the space between shell and rotating drum conveniently.

Feeding pipe, washing pipe, observe window and lightening hole have been applied in the lid of shell.

Spray system is used to clean inside surface of shell, inside and outside surface of rotating drum, and other invisible parts in the centrifugal machine. This guarantees the cleanness and also correspond to GMP standard.

This machine can be used in many fields. Not only it can be used for separation of suspension liquid in which the solid state material is particle shaped, but also it can be used for separation of fiber state material.

It can be started up by transducer stably. Separation sufficient can be adjusted. It is equipped with contactless energy consumption braking system and anti-static belt conveying. Sealing parts are made of silicon rubber or fluorin rubber. It can realize the requirement of obturating explosion prevention, so it is suitable for the application of poisonous conditions or the conditions in which the material which can easily get fire or explode.

Nitrogen protection system is arranged to guarantee inside body separate from outer air.

Drive and brake: Normal motor (or explosion prevention motor)+ friction type automatic clutch+ friction type manual brake.
