Product Description
Suspend liquid flows into helix intracavity after entering feeding pipe. And then enters drum through the spraying ora at the bottom of approaching cone. Liquid phase in the medium is separated by the screen on the rotating wall under centrifugal force, and the grains of solid phase will be kept in rotating drum. At the same time the grains of solid phase move from the small end of rotating drum to the large end under the centrifugal force and speed difference between helix and drum. During this movement, centrifugal force increases when gyration diameter becomes bigger. The solid phase separates from the liquid phase continuously and automatically. The solid phase comes out from drum with low humidity content but with high humidity content when entering initially.
1. Main hardwares for example rotating drum and helix can be made of stainless steel or titanium alloy.
2. Special filtrating sieve whose thickness is 2.5mm has longer using life.
3. Rotating drum rotation speed: Stepless speed regulating
4. Safe protection: Rotate speed inspection, over-vibration protect, motor overheating or overload protection.
5. For high adhesive material, we can add hydraulic differiential in the machine to make sure stable running.
