Product Description
The rapid rotating of the two asymmetrical screw in the mixer cylinder raises materials, forming two asymmetrical material flows which move from the bottom up along the cylinder wall. In addition, the materials outside screw enter the envelope lines of the double screw bolt in different degrees. Some are raised and the rest are thrown out of the double screw bolt so as that materials continuous update and pervade along the whole round. The two flows of materials raised up converge at the central recess and then form one flow downwards which makes up the bottom cavity. Sequentially, triple-mixing effect of convective circulation comes into existence.
