Product Description
Horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge machine can be controlled manually or automatically. One working circle can be completed within a short period with large handling capacity.
The machine is mainly used to filtrate suspending liquid in medical and chemical industry.
On the base of usual centrifuge machinery, the filtration force is increased for siphon principle. The water content in residual filtration layer is decreased.
This machine is suitable for processing amylum, NaHCO3, Ca3(PO4)2.
Independent hydraulic press station can be installed separately, so it is easy to do maintenance.
The structure of machine shell is welding type. The supporting intensity of the machine is higher.
We design vibration insulation device and rubber damping base in the machine, so it can run steadily with lower noise and less vibration. The working condition can be improved.
The material which contacts with separated medium is stainless steel.
